Coco Happy Farm – Rustic Farmstay in Ben Tre, Mekong Delta | Free Bike Tour & Seasonal Fruits
If you’ve ever dreamed of escaping the noise of the city and waking up to the sound of animals and rustling trees, welcome to Coco Happy Farm — a real working farm tucked away in the Mekong countryside.
Here, nothing is staged. The goats bleat, the chickens scratch the dirt, the cows chew slowly, and our dogs and cats run freely — just as they would in any Vietnamese village home.
The day begins with nature’s alarm clock — not just the rooster, but also the soft bell sounds from our goats and the playful barking of our dogs as they greet the sunrise.
Guests often join us early to feed the animals: scattering rice for the chickens, giving leafy greens to the goats, or carrying buckets of water for the cows. We’ll show you how we care for them — not as livestock, but as part of our everyday rhythm.
Our pets — especially the cats and dogs — love making new friends. Don’t be surprised if a puppy curls up at your feet while you drink your morning coconut.
At noon, we slow down — just like the locals.
Lunch is served at our sister’s home-style eatery next door. Meals are simple, nourishing, and often feature ingredients from the garden or fresh catches from the nearby canal.
After lunch, you can nap on a hammock under the coconut trees, with a cat on your lap and the warm breeze lulling you to sleep. No phone, no rush — just peace.
Around 3 PM, when the sun softens, we invite guests to hop on a bicycle and explore with us. You’ll ride past rice fields, cross small bridges, wave at curious schoolkids, and stop by our local market.
Sometimes we’ll pick guava or starfruit along the way, or meet an old neighbor who insists on sharing a story (and maybe some snacks).
For those who stay longer, this tour can lead directly into our Fireflies Night Tour — a magical end to a simple day.
What makes this day meaningful is not how much you do, but how deeply you feel. You’re not watching a show — you’re stepping into real life on a Mekong farm.
So if you love animals, nature, slow travel, and quiet joy, come spend a day with us. One day might not be enough — but it’s a start.
