A simple private room inside our family home, with a queen bed, one sofa bed and a private bathroom. One or two guests are most comfortable; three adults can stay when using the sofa bed, but the room will feel tight.

Duplex Cabin
An independent two-level cabin with a king bed downstairs and flexible loft sleeping on up to three queen-size floor mattresses. It is most comfortable for one or two guests, can host families and groups up to eight, and has two air conditioners plus a private garden terrace.

Two-Bedroom House
A practical private house for families, friends and longer stays, surrounded by coconut palms and a mature tropical garden. Two upstairs bedrooms open to a balcony, while the downstairs living room, kitchen and washing machine make it easy to settle in. Outside, the shaded bougainvillea terrace offers space to sit, rest and enjoy the farm.

Know before

No deposit is collected for a direct booking. If plans change, guests may cancel without a fee; please message Thuần as early as possible so the room can be released.
Check-in from 14:00. Check-out by 12:00. Ask before arrival when timing or luggage needs special coordination.
Direct rates include breakfast. OTA bookings follow the meal plan shown in that reservation. Every additional guest is 100,000 VND per night, regardless of age.
Pay in cash, by PayPal, or by Sacombank card terminal. Card-terminal payments carry a 3% processing fee.
Pets stay without a surcharge, but contact Thuần first because dogs and cats already live at the farm. All rooms are non-smoking; smoke only outdoors.

Getting here is
easier when planned.
Coco Happy Farm is in Lương Hòa village, not Ben Tre city centre. A private family transfer from Ho Chi Minh City normally takes about 2 hours 15 minutes in ordinary traffic. Locally tested bus routes are also available from Saigon and Can Tho.
Tell Thuần where you are coming from, your group size and luggage. We can arrange door-to-door pickup or explain the correct local route and free final pickup.
