Is this a fixed package?
No. Start with an overnight stay, then tell us which experiences, meals and transport you would like. We check availability and send a quotation for your chosen arrangements. The examples on this page are suggestions, not products with a fixed price.
What is already included with a direct stay?
Direct stays include breakfast, free bicycle use and one guided village cycling experience during the stay. Fresh coconut and seasonal fruit are offered when available. Extra meals, paid experiences and transfers are separate unless your quotation expressly includes them.
Can you arrange transport from Ho Chi Minh City?
We can help arrange a private transfer, subject to confirmation. Tell us your pickup area, dates, group size and luggage needs. Transport is optional and is not automatically included with a room or activity booking. You can also make your own way here.
Are the boat experiences private?
Not automatically. Compatible Sunset & Fireflies bookings may share a departure. If you want a private arrangement, ask us to check it and specify it in your quotation. Wild firefly sightings are never guaranteed.
Can we plan a stay with children?
Tell us their ages when you enquire so we can discuss room arrangements and suitable activities. Children need adult supervision. We confirm the practical details with you rather than assuming every activity suits every group.
How are price, payment and cancellation confirmed?
Your total depends on the room, dates, group and selected services. Check live room rates through our booking link. For a custom arrangement, ask for the itemised quotation and its payment and cancellation terms before confirming. Do not assume room-only terms also apply to separately arranged services.
Can I book only a room or one experience?
Yes. You do not need to request a package. Use our room booking link for accommodation, or visit the individual experience pages for their current details and booking options.
